The reason why the name of your cousin appears twice is for viewing only. If you made the appropriate connections regarding your cousin's family, when you generate the family's tree, your cousin will appear to be common for the both families. The program was tested on there wasn't any error encountered. To change any information from a member of any family, just right click on it and select edit or select it and press the F4 key.
I made my family tree witch contains 622 people. I want to print it on a "roll" so I created one JPEG and a PNG file and send them to the printing shop. They told me that on their printing software, the files I sent were corrupted. I can open the files on my computer. How can I print my family tree?

There are 2 ways, in my opinion, to solve this problem. You can either export your family tree to a PDF file, or to export it to a vector format. Usually, these two file formats are highly used in printing shops. By doing this, the files should be opened without any problem. To export your files to a PDF format, you will need to install on your computer a third party tool like Bullzip PDF Printer. After this is installed, open your project and hit Print button. Next, on the printer selection page, choose Bullzip PDF printer. For the second method, from the same printing screen, press the Save in vector format button from the top bar. The staff from the print shop should be able to work with any of the file mentioned.
